This Week (04/01/2017)

Welcome back from Spring Break!  

I hope you enjoyed a week off with your friends and family, enjoying the weather that is finally making its way toward a warmer spring.

This week begins with the start of the athletics season with Basketball, Tennis, and Cheer! Make sure to attend practice which begins on Tuesday.

We will also enjoy the Spring Art Show in the Atrium to be on display for the next two weeks. Please go out and support our artists on Tuesday at the opening (5pm)!

We will host our annual Student Led Parent Conferences this Friday and hope to see all parents then!

This Week (03/19/2017)

What a weekend we had with KISAC Volleyball and Table Tennis matches that landed our CIMS teams as champs all around! Nice work, WICK! We also had our MUN students representing CIMS at KIS on Saturday~ Great work! 

We will have our first CI/CS Cultural Exchange Program with Aiden(G7) from i and Ethan Bort (G8) from CS, participating this first round. Ethan is here with us this week and next with Aiden then going to CA for the following two weeks. Have a great time over at our sister school! 

This week, we're looking forward to the March Parent Coffee (Thursday) and our Assembly on Friday.  We will also have select students participate at the KAIAC Choir Festival on Tuesday.

This Week (2/13-2/17)

Thanks to the wonderful talent and effort by the dancers at CIMS, last week's Dance Concert "Balancing Time" was a huge success. Thank you, Ms Boone, Ms Hudkins, and Ms Wood, for your support of dance!

On Saturday, our swim team did an amazing job! Thank you, Coach Ko, Coach Dryden, Coach Randall, and Ms Rennie!

This week we will celebrate SPIRIT WEEK in the Middle School. Each day, students and teachers will wear out the day's spirit raising themes. Literacy will also be promoted this week with a culminating LIVING LIBRARY on Friday.

Our Honor Orchestra members will participate in the KIMEA Music Festival at YISS on Tuesday with Ms. Yi. Good luck!

The week will end with the teachers vs. students volleyball match on Friday! Come out to the Main Gym to support MIDDLE SCHOOL Sports~
