Applications for admission to the 2026-2027 school year will open on November 3, 2025, and will close on January 20, 2026, at 12 pm, for Korean passport holders and foreign passport holders currently residing in Korea. Applications will only be accepted through our online application system.
Chadwick International also offers rolling admission for foreign passport holders in the process of relocating to Korea when vacancies are available. Please email songdo-admissions@chadwickschool.org for information about this process. Please visit our application page to apply.
OPEN HOUSE for Pre-k to Grade 1
This year's Open House will be a parent-only event featuring a faculty panel, a student panel, and a campus tour on Saturday, November 15, 2025. Registration for the Open House is now full, and we are not able to accept any additional registrations.
We also invite you to explore our online Virtual Open House.
Mini open house for all grades
Chadwick will offer a series of Mini Open House events geared toward specific grade levels of interest. These parent-only events are designed to offer a deeper understanding of the school's mission, curriculum, and facilities. This year's events will be held on December 2, 3, and 5, 2025. Registration for these events will open on November 5 at 10 a.m.
Please only register for one sessions. Mini Open House events are intended for families applying to Grades 2-12 or families who are not able to attend the PK-G1 Open House. Families who currently have a child at Chadwick do not need to attend these events.

Orientation brunches, parent coffees, and special events help new families connect, make the most of their experience and adjust to Songdo life with ease. Veteran “buddy families” provide added support and helpful resources that minimize the transition time for both students and parents.
