TUITION AND REFUND POLICY
- Application fee is non-refundable regardless of Admissions Decisions.
- The re-enrollment/enrollment fee (KRW 3,000,000) is a part of annual tuition which needs to be deposited at the time of re-enrollment or within two weeks of acceptance for the new enrollment and the full amount would be NON-REFUNDABLE after one week from the re-enrollment/enrollment due date. It would be refundable only in a situation which is totally out of student’s control and can be proved by the document before the new school year starts in August. Fully paid annual tuition fees can be refunded in the case of early withdrawal; 65% of annual tuition fees during the 1st term, 35% during the 2nd term. There is no refund during the 3rd term. Please check the school calendar for the start and the end of each term for the respective school year.
- Tuition and fees are due and payable upon acceptance of the student by the school.
- Tuition and fees should be wire transferred to the Chadwick International’s designated bank accounts within 10 working days after acceptance. The school’s banking information is posted on the school’s web site.
- Students who enter the school after the school year begins or withdraw during the school year will have a discount or refund on the tuition according to schedule below.
- A late fee will be assessed interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance after the due date.
- Refunds will be made to parent account directly or to their authorized representative.
- In the event of FORCE MAJEURE(when the school decides to shut down its operation before the end of the regular school year due to civil unrest, labor strike, war or other natural or man-made disasters beyond the school’s control), which causes students to withdraw from the school, tuition and fees already paid for the school year, will not be refunded.
