As an International Baccalaureate World School, we use the Primary Years Program (PYP) Framework to guide our Curriculum. The PYP offers a transdisciplinary, inquiry-based and student-centered education with responsible action at its core, enabling students to learn between, across and beyond traditional subject boundaries. (ibo.org) The transdisciplinary model extends across all three pillars of the PYP curriculum framework—the learner, learning and teaching, and the learning community. We have scheduled Zoom Meetings that are specific to each grade level. In these sessions Pam and Mei-Lyn will share with you an overview of what is currently happening in these classrooms. This will include the Unit of Inquiry (Science & Social Studies), Math and Literacy. We hope to make these sessions small and informal so you can meet other parents, share your wonderings and you can ask any questions you might have with regards to the curriculum. You may also share your initial wonderings through this SURVEY LINK so the sessions can be catered for your needs.

각 학년에 특화된 Zoom Meeting이 계획되어 있습니다. 이 세션에서 Pam 선생님과 Mei-Lyn 선생님은 Unit of Inquiry(과학과 사회), 수학, 그리고 Literacy(읽기/쓰기) 수업이 교실에서 어떤 모습으로 이루어지는지 전반적인 개요를 설명해 드릴 예정입니다.  이 세션은 소그룹으로 편안한 분위기 속에서 진행될 예정이며,  교육과정에 대한 궁금증을 해결하실 수 있는 공간입니다. 더불어 학부모님들의 만남의 장이 될 수 있길 바랍니다.  이 설문조사에 교육과정에 대한 학부모님의 문의사항을 입력해 주시면 답변에 맞추어 Zoom 세션을 준비하도록 노력하겠습니다.
